Fresh Arrival Prep (Welcome Essentials) is Lanten’s turnover service designed to prepare your property to a guest-ready standard through cleaning and essential guest setup. This service includes full cleaning and restocking to enhance the arrival experience, without linen service. SERVICE INCLUDES — Kitchen surfaces cleaned — Bathroom sanitation — Floor vacuum and mopping — Bed presentation using linen available on site — Welcome kit placement (e.g. bottled water and light snacks) — Bathroom restock per bathroom: • 2 toilet rolls • 30ml shampoo • 30ml shower gel • 30ml body milk • 1 soap bar — Kitchen starter kit placement (if applicable) — Final property check IMPORTANT NOTES — Linen service is not included — Clean linen must be available on site for bed preparation — Linen transport or off-site handling is not included — Balcony or terrace cleaning not included unless requested — Heavy-condition cleaning may require adjustment or separate service — Prices are based on standard hospitality turnover
