Fresh Arrival Prep (Clean Only) is Lanten’s turnover service designed to prepare your property to a guest-ready standard through full cleaning and presentation, without linen service or amenities. This service focuses on delivering a clean, presentable space while allowing the homeowner or agency to manage linen and consumables. SERVICE INCLUDES — Kitchen surfaces cleaned — Bathroom sanitation — Floor vacuum and mopping — Bed presentation using linen available on site — Final property check IMPORTANT NOTES — Linen service is not included — Clean linen must be available on site for bed preparation — Linen laundry, transport, or off-site handling is not included — Amenities and restocking are not included — Consumables must be provided by the homeowner or agency — Balcony or terrace cleaning not included unless requested — Heavy-condition cleaning may require adjustment or separate service — Prices are based on standard hospitality turnover

SCOPE — Includes surface cleaning of visible areas — Includes bathroom sanitation — Includes floor vacuum and mopping — Includes bed presentation using linen available on site — Includes final property check EXCLUSIONS — Does not include linen laundry or linen handling — Does not include bed linen replacement — Does not include welcome kit or amenities — Does not include bathroom or kitchen restocking — Balcony or terrace cleaning not included CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY — Linen must be provided and prepared on site by the homeowner or agency — Amenities and consumables must be provided by the homeowner or agency PRICING — Based on property size and standard turnover condition — Prices include IVA (21%) — Final pricing confirmed upon review CONDITION — Service assumes a standard maintained property — Heavy-condition cleaning may require adjustment or separate service BOOKING — Request-based service — Booking confirmed after review ACCESS — Client must provide access and accurate instructions TIME & TRAVEL — Duration based on standard condition — Travel costs not included unless stated LIMITATIONS — Excludes deep cleaning, damage repair, and hazardous cleaning CANCELLATION — Changes must be requested in advance and may be subject to terms
