Fresh Arrival Prep (Linen Service) is Lanten’s turnover service designed to prepare your property to a guest-ready standard through full cleaning and linen laundry service. This service includes cleaning and handling of linen provided by the homeowner or agency, without amenities or restocking. SERVICE INCLUDES — Kitchen surfaces cleaned — Bathroom sanitation — Floor vacuum and mopping — Bed preparation with cleaned linen — Linen collection, washing, drying, and setup — Linen provided by homeowner or agency (client) — Final property check IMPORTANT NOTES — Welcome kit and amenities are not included — Bathroom and kitchen restocking are not included — Linen must be available on site unless otherwise agreed — Linen transport outside the property is not included unless agreed — Balcony or terrace cleaning not included unless requested — Heavy-condition cleaning may require adjustment or separate service — Prices are based on standard hospitality turnover
