Cleaning Service Agreement

This Cleaning Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Lanten hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider," and yourself, hereinafter referred to as the "Client."

 

1. Services Provided

The Service Provider agrees to perform cleaning services for the property located at [Address of Airbnb Property] ("Property") in accordance with the specifications outlined in Exhibit A, attached hereto.

 

2. Schedule and Access

The Service Provider will coordinate with the Client to establish a cleaning schedule. The Client agrees to provide access to the Property on the scheduled cleaning dates.

 

3. Payment

The Client agrees to pay the Service Provider the agreed-upon fee for each cleaning service. Invoices will be sent to the Client electronically. Payment is due within [number] days of the invoice date.

 

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling of cleaning appointments must be communicated at least [number] hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

 

5. Property Condition

The Client is responsible for ensuring that the Property is reasonably free of personal belongings, and the Service Provider shall not be held liable for damage to personal property left in the Property during cleaning.

 

6. Insurance

The Service Provider agrees to maintain liability insurance coverage. Any claims for damages must be reported within [number] hours of the cleaning service.

 

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any information obtained during the provision of cleaning services, including but not limited to access codes and security information.

 

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice 30 days prior. The Client agrees to pay for any services provided up to the termination date.

 

10. Entire Agreement

This Agreement contains the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all previous agreements and understandings between the parties.
