This Compact tier is designed for smaller homes and apartments that need a full reset before returning to hospitality or residential use. RECOMMENDED FOR — First rental of the season — Post long-term occupancy — Pre-arrival deep reset SERVICE INCLUDES — Detailed kitchen cleaning — Bathroom sanitation and limescale removal — Deep dusting of surfaces and fixtures — Interior window cleaning (reachable areas) — Doors, handles and switches cleaned — Full vacuum and floor mopping IMPORTANT NOTES — Based on standard property condition — Heavy-condition cleaning may require additional time — External areas quoted separately — Travel costs not included

It is recommended before first rental, after long-term occupancy, or when a full reset is required beyond routine maintenance. SCOPE — Interior deep cleaning only — External areas and specialized treatments quoted separately PRICING — Based on property size tier and standard condition — Prices shown include IVA (21%) — Final pricing confirmed after review CONDITION ADJUSTMENTS — Standard: included — Heavy Use: additional charge — Very Dirty: additional charge — Post-Tenant Reset: quotation required Final condition is confirmed upon review or on-site.
