NXORA MAINTENANCE BOOKING POLICY All NXORA maintenance services are scheduled AFTER INTERNAL REVIEW AND WRITTEN APPROVAL. Bookings are managed exclusively by the Lanten office to ensure correct scoping, technician availability, and coordination. Any changes to scheduled maintenance (including cancellations or rescheduling) are handled MANUALLY AND ON A CASE-BY-CASE BASIS by our team. Clients will receive an official email confirmation once the booking is locked into our system.
