FRESH ARRIVAL PREP | COMPLETE — SERVICE POLICY Fresh Arrival Prep (Complete) is a full turnover service designed to prepare properties to a hospitality-ready standard for incoming guests. SCOPE — Includes cleaning, linen preparation, and guest setup — Kitchen starter kit, welcome kit, and bathroom restock included — External areas and specialized services not included unless agreed PRICING — Based on property size and standard turnover condition — Prices include IVA (21%) — Laundry is calculated per bed — Final pricing confirmed upon review LINEN & LAUNDRY — Linen preparation is based on the number of beds requested — Additional beds or linen requirements will be charged accordingly CONDITION — Service assumes a standard maintained property — Heavy-condition cleaning may require adjustment or separate quotation BOOKING — Request-based service — Booking confirmed after review ACCESS — Client must provide access, utilities, and accurate instructions TIME & TRAVEL — Duration based on standard condition — Travel costs not included unless stated LIMITATIONS — Excludes damage repair, mold treatment, and hazardous cleaning CANCELLATION — Changes must be requested in advance and may be subject to terms
