Cancellation Policy

BOOKING TERMS Add-Ons are booked PER SESSION and billed separately from any Property Care Plan. All Add-Ons are subject to availability and must be requested at least 48 HOURS IN ADVANCE. PAYMENT Full payment is required AT THE TIME OF BOOKING. Prices include basic travel within ZONES 1–3 (MÁLAGA TO ESTEPONA). A €15 ROUTE FEE applies for ZONE 4 (SAN PEDRO AND BEYOND). RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS You may reschedule or cancel up to 24 HOURS BEFORE the appointment without charge. Cancellations made after this period are NON-REFUNDABLE. SERVICE SCOPE Each Add-On covers the specific service listed. Any additional tasks or requests outside the defined scope may be billed as EXTRA TIME or COORDINATION FEES (€25–€35 PER APPOINTMENT). ACCESS REQUIREMENTS If property access is unavailable at the time of visit, the service is marked as COMPLETED and NON-REFUNDABLE. Clients are responsible for ensuring entry arrangements (keys, codes, alarms) prior to the appointment. RESTOCKING SERVICE The €30 SERVICE FEE covers time and handling. PRODUCT COSTS are billed separately and payable upon delivery, with receipts provided for transparency. LIABILITY Lanten carries BASIC ACCESS AND KEY-HOLDING INSURANCE. We are not liable for pre-existing damages or any third-party contractor’s work arranged independently by the client. ADDITIONAL TERMS Add-Ons are available exclusively to ACTIVE LANTEN CLIENTS with a registered property. Lanten reserves the right to decline service if unsafe conditions, unpaid invoices, or policy violations occur.
