Fresh Arrival Prep (Linen Service) is a turnover service that includes cleaning and linen cleaning service. It is designed to prepare properties to a guest-ready standard with cleaned linen setup, without welcome essentials or restocking. SCOPE — Includes surface cleaning of visible areas — Includes bathroom sanitation — Includes floor vacuum and mopping — Includes bed preparation with cleaned linen — Includes linen cleaning, handling, and setup — Includes final property check EXCLUSIONS — Does not include welcome kit or amenities — Does not include bathroom or kitchen restocking — Balcony or terrace cleaning not included PRICING — Based on property size and standard turnover condition — Prices include IVA (21%) — Laundry is calculated per bed — Final pricing confirmed upon review LINEN & LAUNDRY — Linen service is based on the number of beds requested — Linen must be available on site unless otherwise agreed — Linen transport or off-site handling is not included unless agreed separately CONDITION — Service assumes a standard maintained property — Heavy-condition cleaning may require adjustment or separate service BOOKING — Request-based service — Booking confirmed after review ACCESS — Client must provide access and accurate instructions TIME & TRAVEL — Duration based on standard condition — Travel costs not included unless stated LIMITATIONS — Excludes deep cleaning, damage repair, and hazardous cleaning CANCELLATION — Changes must be requested in advance and may be subject to terms
