Ideal for move-ins, move-outs, seasonal refreshes, or post-renovation recovery, this service goes far beyond a standard clean—tackling the forgotten corners and high-touch areas that matter most. ✅ What’s Included: Thorough Dusting & Surface Cleaning: Top-to-bottom attention on all surfaces, baseboards, doors, and light switches. Deep Kitchen Clean: Inside/outside cabinets, degreasing stovetops, oven exterior, backsplash, and appliance wipe-downs. Bathroom Blitz: Full scrubbing of tiles, grout, taps, shower screen, toilet, sinks, and mirrors. Limescale and soap scum removal included. Bedroom Detailing: Under-the-bed vacuum, closet wipe-downs, and mirror polishing. Living Areas: Behind furniture vacuuming, skirting boards, and window ledges. Floors: Full vacuum and mop of all flooring types, including corners and edges. Touchpoints Sanitization: Handles, switches, remote controls, and doorframes. 🚫 What’s Not Included: Laundry or linen service Window exterior cleaning Balcony/patio detailing (optional add-on)

1. Scope of Service Services in each package are as outlined. Add-ons (e.g., extra hours, special tasks) are available at additional cost. Frequency (weekly or bi-weekly) is based on the chosen package and can be adjusted with prior notice. 2. Payments Subscriptions are billed monthly, with payments due at the start of each period. Invoices include the package price, any add-ons, and 21% IVA. Payment must be completed within seven days of receiving the invoice. 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling Clients must notify us 48 hours before service to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice are non-refundable. Rescheduled services may incur a fee. Subscription pauses are allowed once per year for up to a month. 4. Access to Property Clients must provide access to the property during scheduled services, ideally through secure arrangements like a key box or concierge. If access is not available, the session is non-refundable. 5. Property Condition & Safety We check the property’s condition each visit and notify the client of any visible issues. Clients must inform us of specific cleaning needs, allergies, or delicate items. For safety, pets should be secured away from our working area unless otherwise arranged. 6. Liability & Insurance We are insured for all services provided. In case of damage caused by our staff, we will work with the client to resolve it. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damages or fragile items not disclosed to us. 7. Laundry Service (Premier Package) Includes linen and towel laundering, with return at the next visit. Additional laundry outside these items can be requested as an add-on. The client is responsible for providing an accessible, secure laundry collection area. 8. Annual Deep Clean (Premier Package) Scheduled to client convenience, covering extensive cleaning such as baseboards and vents. Specific requests must be communicated in advance. 9. Feedback & Service Adjustments Client feedback is welcome to improve our services. Issues or adjustments can be directed to our team. Changes to packages, frequency, or services require written request and may affect pricing. 10. Termination Clients may terminate with one month’s notice. Terminations mid-billing cycle are non-refundable. We reserve the right to terminate service for non-payment or unsafe conditions that endanger staff.
