SERVICE INCLUDES — Surface cleaning of visible areas — Bathroom reset — Kitchen refresh — Vacuum and floor mopping — Light balcony tidy — Waste removal IMPORTANT NOTES — Based on standard maintained condition — Does not include deep cleaning or heavy buildup — **Bed linen change is not included. Beds can be made with existing linen unless a linen service is requested as an add-on** — Additional services available upon request — Travel costs not included

QUICK REFRESH | SERVICE POLICY Quick Refresh is a maintenance cleaning service designed for regularly maintained properties. It focuses on visible surfaces and essential areas to keep the property fresh and presentable. SCOPE — Surface cleaning only — Does not include deep cleaning or heavy buildup — External areas and specialized services not included PRICING — Based on property size and standard condition — Prices include IVA (21%) — Final pricing confirmed upon review CONDITION — Service assumes a regularly maintained property — Properties requiring extra time or deeper cleaning may be adjusted or redirected to Clean Start ADD-ONS — Not included in base service — Must be requested or approved in advance — May affect pricing and duration BOOKING — Request-based service — Booking confirmed after review ACCESS — Client must provide access, water, and electricity TIME & TRAVEL — Duration based on standard condition — Travel costs not included unless stated LIMITATIONS — Excludes deep cleaning, mold, damage repair, and hazardous cleaning CANCELLATION — Changes must be requested in advance and may be subject to terms
