Cancellation Policy: Should you need to cancel, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice. This allows us to allocate time and resources accordingly. Failure to provide timely notice may result in a €25 cancellation fee.

Safety Precautions: To ensure safety and service quality, our staff refrains from lifting items exceeding 15KG/35 lbs. Kindly move such items before our team arrives.
