PLAN & BOOKING POLICY COMMITMENT & RENEWAL Your plan renews automatically each month on your sign-up date. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime with 14 DAYS’ NOTICE before your next billing cycle. INCLUDED VISITS Visits are scheduled according to your plan (1, 2, or 4 per month). Unused visits DO NOT ROLL OVER to the next month. We recommend confirming preferred dates at least 7 DAYS IN ADVANCE to guarantee your preferred slot. RESCHEDULING You may reschedule a confirmed visit up to 48 HOURS BEFORE the appointment. Late reschedules or cancellations may result in the visit being deducted from your monthly quota. SCOPE & ACCESS Each visit includes only the agreed-upon services within your plan. If property access isn’t available at the time of visit, the session is considered COMPLETED unless rescheduled in advance. ADD-ONS & EXTRA VISITS Additional services (Fresh Arrival Prep, Restocking, Contractor Supervision beyond included) can be booked through your Lanten Host or online at standard rates. These are BILLED SEPARATELY. MAINTENANCE COORDINATION Apartment Plan: ON REQUEST (€25–€35 per coordination) Home Plan: INCLUDES 1 coordination per month Villa Plan: INCLUDES UP TO 2 per month TRAVEL ZONES Base pricing covers properties within ZONE 1–3 (Málaga to Estepona). A €15 ROUTE FEE applies for ZONE 4 (San Pedro and beyond). LIABILITY & INSURANCE Lanten carries BASIC ACCESS AND KEY-HOLDING INSURANCE. We are not liable for pre-existing damages or third-party contractor work arranged outside Lanten supervision. CANCELLATION OF SERVICES Lanten reserves the right to PAUSE OR TERMINATE SERVICE in the event of repeated no-access visits, unpaid invoices, or unsafe working conditions.
